We knew there was a better way to serve customers than rushing through jobs or offering one-size-fits-all solutions. Every home is different. Every HVAC system is different. Every customer has different concerns, whether that is dust, allergies, odors, poor airflow, energy loss, or simply wanting to know what is happening inside their duct system.
That is why we set out to build a company focused on thoughtful inspections, honest recommendations, advanced equipment, and customized solutions that are tailored to each customer’s needs.
Our goal is not just to clean ducts. Our goal is to help families and businesses in Northeast Florida breathe cleaner air, improve comfort, and feel confident that the work was done the right way.
Our Story
Refresh Duct Cleaning began with Aaron Goins, the original founder of the company.
Aaron was trained in the air duct cleaning industry by Ammon Bennion, where they both learned the importance of doing detailed, professional work and treating customers with honesty and respect. After gaining experience, Aaron moved to Utah and started Refresh Duct Cleaning, building the company around the same standards of quality, integrity, and customer care.
Over time, Aaron and Ammon began talking about what it would look like to bring that same level of service back home to Northeast Florida. They both believed there was a real need for a company that specialized in duct cleaning, duct sealing, and indoor air quality solutions with a higher standard of professionalism.
Eventually, Aaron made the decision to come back home and partner with Ammon to grow Refresh Duct Cleaning in Northeast Florida.
Today, Refresh Duct Cleaning is owned and operated by Aaron and Ammon, two local owners with hands-on experience, shared values, and a clear vision for doing this work better than anyone else.
What Makes Us Different
We believe quality starts before the equipment ever comes off the truck.
Every system deserves to be inspected, understood, and treated according to its actual condition. That is why our process is built around education, photos, clear explanations, and customized recommendations instead of pressure or guesswork.
One of the biggest differences in our work is our equipment. We use a powerful Hypervac truck-mounted vacuum system designed to create strong negative pressure throughout the duct system. Combined with compressed air tools, agitation devices, and a methodical cleaning process, this allows us to remove built-up dust, debris, pet hair, and other contaminants more effectively than smaller portable systems.
We also believe NADCA standards are essential to doing the job correctly. NADCA provides the professional framework for safe, thorough, and responsible HVAC system cleaning. For us, that means following a disciplined process, protecting the home, cleaning the system carefully, and making recommendations based on what we actually find.

We do not believe every customer needs the same service. Some homes may need duct cleaning. Some may benefit from Aeroseal duct sealing. Some may need duct repairs, dryer vent cleaning, HVAC system cleaning, or a combination of solutions. Our job is to help you understand your system and choose the option that makes the most sense.

Aaron Goins
Aaron Goins is the original founder of Refresh Duct Cleaning and has over five years of experience in the indoor air quality industry. After being trained in the field by Ammon, Aaron moved to Utah and started Refresh Duct Cleaning, where he built the company around quality service, strong customer relationships, and a better duct cleaning process.
Aaron and his wife, Alyssa, have two children. As an owner, Aaron brings a hands-on approach to the business and is passionate about helping customers find real solutions for cleaner air, better airflow, and healthier homes.
Ammon Bennion
Ammon Bennion is co-owner of Refresh Duct Cleaning and has over five years of experience in the indoor air quality and duct cleaning industry. He graduated from BYU-Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Management and has spent years building systems, training technicians, and helping customers understand how their ductwork and HVAC systems affect the air they breathe.
Ammon and his wife, Victoria, have three children. As an owner, Ammon is focused on quality, education, and making sure every customer receives honest recommendations and a service experience they can trust.
